Hudson Yards

Complex located in Midtown West

The Hudson Yards development took shape on a Far West Side parcel that included a two-block rail yard. Developers Related Companies and Oxford Property Group were at the helm and enlisted prestigious architects for the towering, glittering buildings that took shape. The complex includes office buildings, retail, performance venue The Shed, interactive sculpture The Vessel, and two residential condominiums.

The residential units start on the uppermost levels so as to make the most of sweeping skyline views. Both condominiums offer extensive wellness and social amenity packages, and residents of 35 Hudson Yards enjoy access to the amenities, restaurant, and services of the Equinox Hotel in the building.

Hudson Yards is directly accessible from the northern end of the High Line, and the High Line-Moynihan Connector allows for seamless access to Manhattan West and Moynihan Train Hall. It is close to Hudson River Park. When Hudson Yards opened in spring 2019, it included an extension of the 7 train to the complex.
