The building functions as a private club with extensive amenities including a members only lounge with a tended bar, two spacious garden terraces on the 29th floor facing north and south, and a 24 hour concierge. Additional facilities include a state-of-the-art fitness center with 24 hour keycard access, a complimentary business center, meeting rooms, valet parking, laundry service, and free WiFi throughout. Private key elevator access restricts entry to owner floors.
