The Parc Vendome complex comprises four mid-block buildings on West 56th and 57th Streets centered around a large landscaped common garden. The project was developed by Henry Mandel in the early 1930s and designed by Farrar & Watmough.
In addition to the garden, amenities at The Parc Vendome include doorman service, a fitness center, a billiards room, a library, a private dining room with catering kitchen, and two rooftop decks. The complex is situated near Central Park, The Shops at Columbus Circle, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Theater District, many popular restaurants, and the Columbus Circle transportation hub.
