A pleasant mid-block building that is close to the Hudson River and near the Theater District.

Description

The red-brick building has a two-story base of blue-gray metal panels and a marquee entrance.

Its top three floors are setback and the top floors of the base and the setback are horizontally rusticated and have white cornices.

The building has discrete air-conditioners.

Amenities

The building has a landscaped rear garden, a fitness center, a video intercom system, bicycle storage, a part-time doorman, and a live-in superintendent.

Apartments

Some apartments have terraces.
