The distinctive red and tan masonry façade features three curved sections with "urban lantern" glass dormers stretching from floors 11 to 17, designed to create a luminous effect at night. The building's design was intentionally conceived to resemble three smaller buildings rather than a single monolithic structure.

The apartment mix consists primarily of studios and one bedrooms, with some two and three bedroom units ranging from 470 to 2,500 square feet.
