"This attractive, 16-story apartment building was erected in 1964. It was converted to a cooperative in 1984 and has 115 units.

The white-brick building is distinguished by its use of black-brick spandrels for the three center window bays. It has a concierge, discrete air-conditioners, a roof deck, consistent fenestration, sidewalk landscaping, and a three-step-down, canopied entrance with automatic glass entrance door, and a two-step-down lobby and a garden.
