This 6-story cast-iron project consists of two 6-story structures at 28 Great Jones Street between Bowery and Lafayette Street in the NoHo Historic District Extension that were built in 1900 and combined and renovated as a condominium in 1999.

The project consists of six apartments.

Bottom Line

Grand apartments in NoHo with high ceilings, some fireplaces, some terraces and a keyed elevator.

Penthouse E is a two-bedroom triplex with a 25-foot-wide living room with a wood-burning fireplace and beamed ceilings next to a 25-foot-long, double-height dining room adjacent to a 20-foot-long open kitchen with an island and a 23-foot-wide bedroom on the lowest level, a 25-foot-long landing with a 24-foot-wide terrace, a 9-foot-long windowed home office, a 16-foot-wide bedroom with a 24-foot-wide terrace with a spiral staircase to an upper 25-foot-wide terrace.

Apartment 5W is a two-bedroom unit with a 28-foot-long living/dining room with a fireplace next to an open, pass-through, 14-foot-long kitchen and a 9-foot-long home office with a window.  The master bedroom has a 24-foot-wide terrace.

Apartment 5E is a two-bedroom unit with a 22-foot-wide living room with an adjacent 14-foot-wide study and a 19-foot-long dining room with a bar alcove and an 18-foot-long open and windowed kitchen with an island.  The living room and the dining room have fireplaces.

Apartment 4W is a two-bedroom unit with a 28-foot-long living room with a fireplace next to a 15-foot-long open kitchen with an island.  The master bedroom has a 24-foot-wide terrace.

Apartment 2W is a two-bedroom unit with a 26-foot-wide living room with a fireplace next to a 15-foot-long open kitchen with an island that leads to a 14-foot-long dining area.
