Carter Horsley
Review of 738 Broadway by Carter Horsley

This handsome, 5-story, cast-iron building at 738 Broadway between Astor Place and Waverly Place in NoHo was erected in 1867 as the Broadway McKenna Building and converted to 4 condominium apartments in 2015.

Karl Fischer was the architect for the conversion by The Broadway McKenna Building LL of which Meyer Chetrit is a principal.

Andrew Escobar did the interiors.

The building is convenient to shopping, restaurants, New York University and public transportation and not too far from McSorley’s bar.
