738 Broadway is a five story NoHo condominium in the former Broadway McKenna Building, an Italianate cast iron warehouse erected in 1867. Converted into four homes in 2014, the building retains its white façade and black cornice while introducing full floor loft layouts by architect Karl Fischer and interiors by Andres Escobar.

Set on Broadway between Astor Place and Waverly Place, 738 Broadway is close to Washington Square Park, Cooper Union, New York University, Strand Books, and the restaurants and shops of NoHo, Greenwich Village, and the East Village. Paris Hilton is among the building’s named residents.
