Bleecker Tower was designed by Stephen Decatur Hatch for the Manhattan Savings Institution in 1891, and was converted to a 15-unit cooperative in 1987. This is one of the city's finest surviving examples of 19th century architecture, and is famous for the largest bank robbery in US history to date.

A full-time doorman is on staff Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Convenience is brought to a whole new level with Balthazar, BondST, Mercer Kitchen, Equinox, Soul Cycle, the Bowery Hotel, Crosby Street Hotel, and designer shopping nearby.
