Located at 243 Fourth Avenue, its monumental exterior is sculpted in the vein of the classic Roman arch, crafted in a bespoke, slip-glazed brick from the Netherlands. The mullion-free arched-shaped casement windows imported from Europe exceed typical proportions, varying between 6 feet to 8 feet tall depending on the residence. Their proportion alone is the definition of dramatic.
