Carter's Review

This very handsome group of 22 four-story single-family townhouses are mid-block buildings nestled between Coffey Park and Van Brunt Street at 107-125 King Street and 74-85 Sullivan Street in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn.  

The project was designed by AA Studio. 

It was developed on a vacant lot by Sanba and completed in 2016.

Bottom Line

The elegant, highly textured and distinguished development has five different and modern façades, each with different fenestration patterns, that feature arches, steel, corten steel, brick and terra cotta.

 

Description

The buildings have flat roofs with small setback rails and large windows on the lower two floors that have stoops and garages. 

Some have centered window on the upper floors. 

Amenities

The buildings have garages, fireplaces, roof decks, high ceilings, skylights and laundries.  They allow pets.

Apartments

The buildings have stoops that open onto parlor floors with living rooms with gas fireplaces, dining rooms and French doors that lead to a private outdoor deck and backyard.  

The units have open kitchens that have Dada cabinetry, Carrara marble islands and Bosch and Thermador appliances.

 Each unit has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
