"This handsome, red-brick apartment building at 915 West End Avenue on the southwest corner of 105th Street was erected by Joseph Paterno in 1922 and designed by Rosario Candela, one of the foremost architects in the city of pre-World War II luxury apartment buildings. It has 94 condominium apartments.

It was converted in 2015 by Lichter Real Estate and Millhouse Peck Properties and Arpad Baksa was the architect in charge of the conversion." Read Carter's Full Review
