Completed in 2017, the seven story building was developed by Rybak Development and designed by Igor Zaslavskiy of Zproekt, with an angular profile that departs from the neighborhood’s more conventional midrise forms.
The architecture is defined by a chevron framed two story base, rounded columns, deep corner cutouts, projecting red façade elements, and a slightly angled tower. The LEED certified development also incorporates a 9,000 square foot landscaped public plaza at the intersection of Emmons Avenue and Sheepshead Bay Road.
Apartments have oversized triple pane windows, wide plank wood floors, and modern open or pass through kitchens. Private balconies recur in the building, often oriented toward the Emmons Avenue canal and marina; Unit 3B reflects the building’s unusual geometry with a large seven sided corner balcony.
