Planned for completion in 2028, 30 Thompson Street is a 19 story rental building in SoHo designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Madigan Development. The 44 unit project is located on Thompson Street between Watts and Grand Streets, within the SoHo Cast Iron Historic District.
The building’s residential amenities are set to include an attended lobby, rooftop terrace, outdoor entertainment space, laundry room, and bike room. Terraces and balconies are also part of the residential program, and pets are allowed.
30 Thompson Street will combine a compact unit count with a high rise format in one of downtown Manhattan’s designated historic districts. Its location places it among the area’s cast iron loft buildings and newer condominium developments, including 10 Sullivan Street, 350 West Broadway, 180 Avenue of the Americas, 111 Mercer Street, 34 Greene Street, 10 Bond Street, and 41 Bond Street.
