    This attractive, 7-story apartment building at 236 17th Street at Fifth Avenue in South Park Slope in Brooklyn was erected in 2017 by the Prospect Construction Corporation, which is headed by Nicholas Malafis and Ioannis Glyptis who were also the team behind 683 Fourth Avenue and a new development at 337 11th Street. 

    It has 17 condominium apartments and was designed by Tom Winter. 

    The building is known as The Aaron, a reference to Aaron's Department Store, which was on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 17th Street for 40 years before closing in 2007.
