3015 Riverdale Avenue is a six story, 121 unit condominium in Spuyten Duyvil, completed in 1941 and designed by architect Horace Ginsbern, who is credited with creating the first Art Deco building in the Bronx. The setback terraced building features an Italian hand laid brick entrance pathway with seasonal gardens and a Zen fountain, seasonal roses on trellises along the façade, and an original Art Deco lobby with period stone floors, a fireplace, and a wooden staircase ascending to the top floor. The building was featured on HGTV's "House Hunters".

Hardwood and basket weave floors are standard, as are windowed kitchens and bathrooms. Two bedroom units offer split bedroom layouts, with the primary bedroom positioned on the opposite side of the apartment.

The building has a live-in superintendent and assistant superintendent, an elevator, laundry facilities, individual storage through an outside vendor, and a wheelchair accessible service entrance. Heat and hot water are included in the common charges, which rank among the lowest in the Riverdale area. 90% financing is permitted, over 80% of units are owner occupied, and pets are allowed.

The building sits adjacent to Ewen Park, with bus stops for the Metro North jitney and MTA local and express buses directly across the street. The #1 subway is three blocks east, and the commute to Manhattan runs approximately 20 minutes. The Riverdale, Johnson Avenue, and Broadway shopping corridors are within walking distance, along with Manhattan College and JFK High School. Horace Mann, Fieldston, Riverdale Country School, and Ethical Culture are within a five minute drive.
