1 Walker Street is a planned nine story, five residence condominium in Tribeca, scheduled for completion in 2028. Its defining residential character is loft based, with apartments shaped by 11 foot ceilings, expansive windows, and views toward Tribeca Park; the building is across from the American Thread Building.
The layouts favor open interiors that can accommodate both living and work areas. One especially distinctive residence is organized as a live work loft with a stand up mezzanine bedroom, a 30 foot wall of picture windows facing the park, and a broad curved frontage that allows the space to extend beyond a conventional one room plan. Apartments commonly have dishwashers and generous storage, while in-unit washers and dryers are part of the building's residential offering.
Building amenities include central air conditioning, resident storage, a mail room, business center, children's playroom, courtyard, and bike room. Pets are allowed.

In late December 2024, developer Sumaida + Khurana, whose portfolio includes 611 West 56th Street, closed on a site at 1 Walker Street (also known as 249 West Broadway) for $18 million. They are pursuing additional air rights and planning a 10-story, 125-foot-tall condominium. However, permits have not been filed with the city as of mid-July 2025.
