In September 2025, an entity linked to developer Rabsky Group purchased 358 Broadway, which is also addressed as 59 Franklin Street, from Bonjour Capital for about $47.5 million. The purchase comes a few months after it purchased the adjacent site, and will be part of the assemblage for a new condo project.

Developer secures construction financing for Tribeca building

In September 2025, Rabsky Group secured $320 million in construction financing for a ground-up condo project spanning three Tribeca parcels: 59 Franklin Street, 65 Franklin Street, and 356 Broadway. Previous owner HAP Investments once planned an 89-unit mixed-use condo for the site, but Rabsky is said to be planning a larger project.

In February 2025, a vacant site on the corner of Franklin Street and Broadway sold to Rabsky Group for $58 million. The sale does not appear to include nearby razed buildings at Franklin Street and 358 Broadway.

In February 2025, developer HAP Investments sold a vacant lot at 360 Broadway (also known as 65 Franklin Street) to Rabsky Group for about $58 million. A 19-story condominium with 41 units, health and wellness amenties, and retail space was originally planned for the site, but the project never got off the ground.
