The apartments are characterized by high ceilings, with many spaces exceeding 10 feet, and feature exposed brick walls, eco-friendly ethanol fireplaces, and luxurious finishes. Notable design elements include walnut cabinetry, honed Imperial Danby marble countertops, and spa-like bathrooms with radiant heating.
