The building's exterior retains its historic marble and red brick façades, while the interior boasts modern amenities such as a virtual doorman, fitness center, residents' lounge, and package room with cold storage.
The apartments are characterized by high ceilings, with many spaces exceeding 10 feet, and feature exposed brick walls, eco-friendly ethanol fireplaces, and luxurious finishes. Notable design elements include walnut cabinetry, honed Imperial Danby marble countertops, and spa-like bathrooms with radiant heating.
