77 Horatio Street is a four story, 12 residence condominium in an 1836 West Village townhouse, with its original façade preserved through restoration. The penthouse level is divided into two residences with deeded shares of an approximately 1,300 square foot landscaped roof deck overlooking the West Village, Hudson River, High Line, and downtown Manhattan.
Behind the retained façade, the lobby and hallways have been renovated. Floor through layouts recur, as do high ceilings, north and south exposures, wood burning fireplaces, and private balconies. The parlor floor is a full floor residence with 12 foot ceilings and a wall of glass opening to a deck above a roughly 500 square foot private garden.
The building is near the southern end of the High Line and about one block east of Hudson River Park. The Whitney Museum is a few blocks north on Gansevoort Street, at the edge of the Meatpacking District.
