173 Perry Street, 176 Perry Street, and 165 Charles Street were part of a wave of buildings that established the West Village waterfront as a luxury residential neighborhood. Designed by Richard Meier, their clean lines and floor-to-ceiling windows bring a modern look to the local streetscape and allow for abundant natural light in all units.
Residential amenities include full-time doorman and concierge service, and fully equipped fitness centers. Jean-Georges Vongerichten's restaurant, Perry Street, is located in the base of 176 Perry Street, and both buildings are located in close proximity to fine dining in the West Village. They are also located near Hudson River Park, the Whitney Museum, the High Line, popular retail, and the 14th Street A/C/E/L trains.
