Fifty One Domino is a boutique 6 story residential building in Williamsburg, positioned near the popular Domino Park. Designed by ARC Architecture + Design Studio in collaboration with 7haus and IMC Architecture, the building houses just 8 residences across 15,000 square feet, creating an intimate living environment. The contemporary façade features broad arches, oversized windows, and terraces on every level, while residents are welcomed by an attended lobby adorned with a green wall.
The residences are accessed via private keyed elevators and feature 10 foot ceilings with Manhattan skyline and East River views from every window. Kitchens showcase striking full slab Taj Mahal stone walls extending across islands and countertops, complemented by high end appliances including Sub-Zero refrigerators, temperature controlled wine coolers, Wolf gas ranges and wall ovens, and Cove dishwashers. European white oak chevron floors define the entertaining spaces, while expansive floor-to-ceiling glass panels slide open completely to reveal wide covered terraces with southern exposures, equipped with water and electric hookups.
The bedroom wings feature well proportioned layouts including primary suites with spacious walk in closets and spa inspired bathrooms. These en suites showcase radiant heated floors, honed Mont Blanc slab cladding, sculptural freestanding soaking tubs, double vanities, and rain showers, all finished with elegant Waterworks fixtures. Throughout the residences, frameless flush doors create uninterrupted gallery style walls, while discreet linear vents provide central climate control, demonstrating thoughtful attention to both aesthetics and functionality.
The building's Williamsburg location provides access to celebrated restaurants ranging from Michelin starred establishments to neighborhood favorites, along with boutiques and specialty shops. Nearby green spaces include Domino Park, Grand Ferry Park, Bushwick Inlet Park, and East River State Park, while public transportation options include convenient access to the L, J/M/Z, and G subway lines plus the NYC East River Ferry.
