The building features prewar-inspired residences with modern amenities, and offers views of Manhattan, as well as convenient access to local attractions and transportation.
Containing 50 loft units, 58 Metropolitan Avenue is located in Williamsburg and is smaller than its next door neighbor, 80 Metropolitan Avenue. They are collectively known as 58 + 80 Metropolitan and were developed by Steiner Studios.
Residences were designed to invoke the prewar construction throughout the neighborhood: kitchens feature glass composite countertops and modern, topnotch appliances, while bathrooms have custom vanities and oversized showerheads. All apartments also boast ceilings between nine and 10 feet as well as walnut flooring and large windows. West- and southwest-facing windows open to views of the Midtown Manhattan skyline and the Williamsburg Bridge.
