Carter Horsley's Review of The Aqua Condominium

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This sprightly, 7-story residential condominium building at 415 Leonard Street in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn is one of several vigorously designed new apartment buildings that have sprung up in recent years around McCarren Park in the Williamsburg and Greenpoint sections of Brooklyn.

This one, which was originally called Aqua because of its strong light blue façades, was designed by Robert M. Scarano Jr., for AMB Holdings LLC of which Abraham Banda is a principal." Read Carter's Full Review
