This is the shorter of the two-building complex on the East River known as the Edge.  It is setback a bit and about half as high as the south tower.  This building is just to the south of a waterfront state park.

The complex has many amenities and was developed by Douglaston Development, of which which Jeffrey E. Levine is chairman.  It was designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group.

This 15-story building has 205 units.  The south building has 360 units.
