"This handsome, 6-story, residential building at 62-66 North Third Street between Kent and Wythe Avenues in Williamsburg was developed in 2017 by Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, which is headed by Steven Ancona, Duke Equities, which is headed by Duke Dweck, and MJM, which is headed by Michael Marino.
