North Third is a 6-story post-war condominium building in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood, completed in 2017 with 13 units. The building offers various amenities including basement storage, bike room, in-unit washer/dryer, and a rooftop terrace.
The Rowan is a six story, 13 residence condominium completed in 2017 at 62–66 North 3rd Street in Williamsburg. Its two matching red brick buildings are arranged differently: one contains five full floor homes, while the other holds eight apartments. SRA Architecture and Engineering designed the project, with interiors by Kimberly Peck.
Private outdoor space is integral to the design, with a balcony or terrace attached to every residence. Apartments pair open living areas with 10 or 11 foot exposed concrete ceilings, wide plank oak floors and large triple pane casement windows. Floor plans range from compact homes to 1,995 square foot full floor residences, and in-unit laundry and multizone heating and cooling recur throughout.
The building has a rooftop terrace, virtual doorman, video intercom, mail and package room, bicycle room and resident storage. It sits between Kent and Wythe Avenues, just over a block from the East River waterfront; Domino Park, Grand Ferry Park and Bushwick Inlet Park are nearby. The Bedford Avenue station on the L train is several blocks east, and the North Williamsburg ferry landing serves the East River route.
