Williamsberry is a 2018 South Williamsburg condominium that combines new development with loft conversion space in a former factory. Designed by Paris Forino, the building retains an industrial vocabulary in its residential lofts, including exposed columns and beams, while introducing contemporary interiors across 63 residences. The courtyard was designed by landscape architect Steven Dubner, and the property also has a live in superintendent and virtual doorman.
