Overview of 330 East 80th Street

330 East 80th Street is a pet-friendly, 7-story post-war co-op building located in the Yorkville neighborhood of the Upper East Side. Built in 1956 and converted to a cooperative in 1985, the red-brick structure houses 109 apartments and offers a welcoming blend of convenience and charm.

The building features an entrance marquee with a white-marble surround, a one-step-up entry, and sidewalk landscaping. Residents benefit from a full-time doorman, a live-in resident manager, a bicycle room, private storage (subject to availability), and on-site laundry facilities. While the building does not include a garage or health club, its thoughtful design includes consistent fenestration, fire escapes, and protruding air-conditioners.

The location provides excellent access to the best of the Upper East Side, including renowned schools, a variety of dining options from trendy spots to classic establishments, and boutique shopping. It is well-connected to public transit, with the Q train and the 4, 5, 6 lines nearby, and excellent crosstown bus service along 79th Street.

Sales History

Price/Room (Est)

Why are we displaying the estimated price per room?

For some co-ops, instead of price per square foot, we use an estimate of the number of rooms for each sold apartment to chart price changes over time. This is because many co-op listings do not include square footage information, and this makes it challenging to calculate accurate square-foot averages.

By displaying the price per estimated room count, we are able to provide a more reliable and consistent metric for comparing sales in the building. While we hope that this gives you a clearer sense of price trends in the building, all data should be independently verified. All data provided are only estimates and should not be used to make any purchase or sale decision.
