Carter Horsley's Review of 405 East 82nd Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, red-brick, 5-story building was erected in 1960 and is a cooperative with 55 apartments..

It is not far from Carl Schurz Park and the East River, several private schools and a south-bound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street, but the building is not close to the subways." Read Carter's Full Review
