Carter’s Review

"This 14-story, mid-block apartment building was erected in 1955 and was converted to a cooperative in 1979. It has 181 apartments.

There are good cross-town bus service on 79th Street where there is also a downtown entrance to the FDR Drive along the East River. There are several good private schools in the area and the John Jay Park is not too far away on 78th Street and the East River."
