Carter Horsley's Review of 80 East End Avenue

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This very attractive, red-brick building with a white, one-story base was built in 1958 and converted to a cooperative in 1992. Although only 20-stories tall, the building offers many fine views, especially from its upper floors that have angled, corner windows. Parts of the façade of the main section of the building are recessed to provide even more corner windows. Very close to Carl Schurz Park and some of the city's best schools, the building has a doorman and an handsome lobby. The well-proportioned, 150-unit building is one of the most elegant on East End Avenue." Read Carter's Full Review
