Ruppert Yorkville Towers

Complex located in Yorkville

Ruppert Yorkville Towers is a four-building residential complex located on Third Avenue between East 90th and East 92nd Streets on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Each tower rises 34 stories and was originally completed in 1975. The buildings were converted to condominium ownership in 2003 and collectively house 1,258 residences.

The property offers a comprehensive suite of amenities, including 24-hour doorman and concierge service, valet, elevators, a bike room, on-site garage, landscaped terrace with BBQ grills, private playground, NY Sports Club fitness center, and a central laundry room.

Residences range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, with some apartments combined to create larger, custom configurations. Many homes feature expansive views of Central Park, Midtown, and the East River.

Monthly common charges include all utilities—heat, electricity, and hot water. The building is investor-friendly with unlimited subletting permitted (for leases of at least one year). Pied-à-terre ownership and up to 90% financing are allowed. Cats and birds are welcome; dogs are not permitted.
