Mr. Suzuki is also a member of The Vintage Group, which is developing Number 5, a 20-story residential condominium project with 23 units at 5 East 44th Street designed by Philip Johnson Alan Ritchie, and a 10-story residential condominium project with 9 units at 135 West 14th Street designed by William Brothers.
