Marketing has started for The Clement Clarke, a 51-unit residential condominium conversion project at 140 West 22nd Street.

The 12-story, pre-war, mid-block building will have a full-time doorman, high beamed ceilings, Bosch washers and dryers, Miele cook-tops and Subzero refrigerators.

A 544-square-foot studio apartment is priced at $675,000. One-bedroom units are available from about $950,000 with 841 square feet. Two-bedroom, two-bath units with 1,386 square feet start at about $1,750,000.

Stephen Alton is the architect.

Chelsea 22nd St. LLC, of which Sam Suzuki is a member, is the sponsor. Mr. Suzuki is also a member of The Vintage Group, which is developing Number 5, a 20-story residential condominium project with 23 units at 5 East 44th Street designed by Philip Johnson Alan Ritchie, and a 10-story residential condominium project with 9 units at 135 West 14th Street designed by William Brothers.
