Carter Horsley's Review of 17 East 89th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This very handsome, beige-brick, 12-story building was erected in 1925 and is a cooperative with 67 apartments.

There is good cross-town bus service on 86th Street and a subway station at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue. A supermarket is one block away and there is a newsstand and a pharmacy across the avenue." Read Carter's Full Review
