Meanwhile, there is a total of 20,377 rental listings all over New York City. Manhattan median rents came in at $2,288/month for studios, $2,902/month for one-beds, $3,487/month for two-beds, and $4,190/month for studios, showing a dip from last week (all figures per CityRealty rental listings).
As summer gives way to fall, and as New Yorkers prepare to return to school and the office, 553 sales listings throughout the city experienced price reductions. These include an apartment in a Trump-branded building reduced by more than 50%.
