As of September 23, 2020, there are 12,392 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens and the Bronx. Condo median prices plateaued from last week to $2,094,947, or $1,682 per square foot. Co-ops medians ticked up a bit to $899,211 (all figures per CityRealty sales listings).

Meanwhile, there is a total of 20,377 rental listings all over New York City. Manhattan median rents came in at $2,288/month for studios, $2,902/month for one-beds, $3,487/month for two-beds, and $4,190/month for studios, showing a dip from last week (all figures per CityRealty rental listings).

As summer gives way to fall, and as New Yorkers prepare to return to school and the office, 553 sales listings throughout the city experienced price reductions. These include an apartment in a Trump-branded building reduced by more than 50%. Please be advised that these figures, like all of the following listings, reflect cumulative cuts and not the most recent price chops.
