Carter Horsley's Review of 4 East 88th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This very handsome, Georgian-style apartment building was built in 1922 and converted to a cooperative in 1958.

The building has consistent, multipaned fenestration and a canopied entrance that leads to a pleasant and bright lobby with an attractive black-and-white marble floor. The windows on the first floor are set in arched masonry surrounds with circular stone insets. The building is across the street from the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and half a block from Central Park." Read Carter's Full Review
