Alchemy Properties began construction on this very attractive 19-story tower in the summer of 2007.

Kenneth Horn, the president of Alchemy, told Cityrealty.com that the air rights of two adjacent properties, one on the north side and one on the east side, were purchased and as a result the tower has two cantilevered sections.
Most of the apartments are two- and three-bedroom units, but Mr. Horn said the top floor has a four-bedroom apartment. He said that apartments has a 9-and-a-half-foot ceilings and that the building has a doorman and retail on the ground floor.
