Supermodel’s pad gets question marks for quirky decor; Breakfast at Tiffany’s townhouse for sale or window shopping; Ricky Martin living la vida Lucida.

Model/singer/It girl Agyness Deyn is selling her Williamsburg apartment, which combines two former units in the Mill Building at 85 North Third Street on Williamsburg’s north side. Potential buyers will undoubtedly love the spaciousness of the apartment—on the market for $2.5 million—if not its decor, which appears to exemplify the pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey school of interior design.

The iconic Upper East Side townhouse where Holly Golightly threw fabulous parties in her chic-but-tiny flat in the film Breakfast at Tiffany’s (used in exterior shots) is for sale. The four-story residence at 169 East 71st Street, currently owned by a former Wall Streeter and divided up into two duplexes, just hit the market for $5.85 million.

Ricky Martin, in New York for his role as an Argentine revolutionary named Che in the Broadway production of Evita!, is renting a very un-Marxist 3,478 square-foot, five-bedroom apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows in the Upper East Side’s Lucida condo on East 84th Street for $32,000 a month. Martin has previously owned condos in the Time Warner Center and 40 Bond Street (NYPost).
