Carter Horsley's Review of 52 Lispenard Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"The two small buildings at 52 and 54 Lispenard Street in TriBeCa have been combined by developer Murat Bugdaycay to create seven condominium apartments.

His proposal to demolish one of the buildings was rejected by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission but it approved a later plan to add three stories to the shorter of the two buildings.  The shorter building lost three floors in a fire. The commission termed the plan by Studio F Design “a worthy riff on cast iron.”" Read Carter's Full Review
