It was erected in 1930 and converted by Amos Kaminski in 1995. Avinash Malhotra was the architect for the conversion.
It has a chamfered corner and arched widows on the second floor. It allows pets.
The building is also known as 124-130 Perry Street and 125-7 Charles Street.
