Carter’s Review

"This very attractive, Art Deco-style, mid-block, 14-story apartment building has 205 rental apartments.

The red-brick building has a limestone base and some handsome terra-cotta façade ornmanentation. It has a canopied entrance with a doorman, consistent fenestration, protruding air-conditioners and a roof deck, but no balconies, no fireplaces, no sidewalk landscaping and no garage."
