Carter's Review
This attractive, pre-war, rental apartment building has a one-story limestone base, fluted limestone columns between the second and third stories and handsome window surrounds on its top floor.
The red-brick building has sidewalk landscaping and a canopied, step-up entrance flanked by lanterns. The building permits protruding air-conditioners, but has no garage, no health club, no concierge and no sundeck.
It is across the street from the very impressive and handsome Lucerne Hotel and is close to many well-known stores and restaurants. Midway between Central and Riverside Parks, it is also well served by public transportation.
