The building retains much of the original theater's ornate glazed terracotta façade, showcasing classical and geometric elements. Its exterior was designated a landmark in 2010, reflecting its historical significance. The conversion was developed by Bushberg Properties and designed by ND Architecture, led by Nataliya Donskoy.
