Carter Horsley's Review of 115 East 86th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive 16-story building was erected in 1927 and converted to a cooperative in 1982.

The building has a red-brick façade with handsome balconies at the third story and an attractive broken-pediment surround around its entrance to its nice lobby. The building, which has a doorman and sidewalk landscaping, has no garage, inconsistent fenestration and permits protruding air-conditioners." Read Carter's Full Review
