Located on a quiet block, it is just four blocks from the subway, providing convenient access to transportation. The apartments in this building are characterized by their generous size, including features such as eat-in kitchens and ample storage space with built-in shelving. The building maintains a clean and well-kept environment, although it enforces a strict no-pet policy. Guarantors are accepted, but they must be present at the lease signing.
