"I live here. The Maison East, a 2007 Condominium conversion by Broad Street Development, is a 31-story building originally designed by Wechsler, Grasso & Menzius and built in 1982. Surprisingly, it is not a cookie-cutter building with predictable layouts but a building with only 98 homes with more than 20 unique floor plans plus some one-of-a-kind layouts and nearly all with balconies or terraces.
