Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 10-story, beige-brick building was erected in 1893 and is a cooperative with 46 apartments.

It has a two-story limestone base, a doorman, a four-step-up vestibule, a one-step-up, amber marble lobby, and attractive large hanging lanterns flanking the entrance. It has no garage, no health club, and no balconies."
