Carter Horsley's Review

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This handsome, 12-story, apartment building was erected just west of Third Avenue in 1928 and is a cooperative with 82 units.

This white-brick building has a good Upper East Side location not far from Lenox Hill Hospital. It has a two-story, painted limestone base, sidewalk landscaping, protruding air-conditioners, two band-courses, a doorman, consistent fenestration and nice decorative detailing. It has a one-step-up entrance flanked by wall lanterns with wrought-iron doors and decorative balconies and three band-courses." Read Carter's Full Review
